Lost official results

Hi everyone. I took and passed the NCLEX-PN in June 2016. I got my Official Results (no quick results here in CA), but in the process of moving I misplaced my results! I was saving up to pay for my license and now that I have the money I'm missing the slip that I need to mail with th money order. Does anyone know how I can get a copy of my official results? I want to drive to Sacramento and pay the fee in person, but not sure if I can since I don't have my results. I already emailed the board, but no answer so far.

Took it on a Wednesday had them the following Friday
