Los Robles Medical Center RN residency- July 2025

Hi,

I wanted to get some information for those starting the residency program at Los Robles (Thousand Oaks). Has anyone heard from HR? Does anyone know the rate for shift differential? What does our orientation schedule look like? Does anyone have recent experience going through their residency program and want to share their experience? 
 

I haven't heard anything since I received an offer letter and I filled out the online requirements. Thanks!

Hi!

I'll be part of the July 2025 RN Residency.

I was worried as well-- since I had not heard from them in a while. I did my in-person interview on June 5th and received an offer the same day. I accepted the offer and hadn't heard anything. But I finally got an email from Mr. Gail on Friday, July 3rd regarding orientation. 

Did you interview on June 5th as well? Have you received an email regarding orientation?

Thank you for taking the time to respond.  I was getting nervous since I hadn't heard anything since early June and our start date is approaching!
 

Yes, I received an email from Gail this past Friday as well regarding orientation.  I also interviewed on 6/5 and was given an offer letter at that time.  I was happy to get any information regarding what orientation and the upcoming training will look like. Hopefully we'll get more information soon!

Hi!

I don't recall the exact application window, but I believe it was end of May/early June. They held a hiring event on 6/5.
