Do you mean Vetpro? Yes I started it, but it's taking a while. It looks like we won't be starting for at least another month. Apparently none of my references have been contacted yet.

Hi, how did you guys apply to the VA's TTP program? Does it require you to already have your RN license? Thank you!

I believe you have to have your license before applying! Jobs are usually posted on USA GOV I think.

I also started and am waiting to submit Vetpro. I don't think my references have been contacted at this point. I'm curious about when fingerprinting and physicals will be scheduled.

I've completed VetPro and my physical/fingerprinting. I haven't started the EQIP process yet and I'm still waiting to for the board to review my file also.

Also, were you given those dates in August by HR?

Yes, by HR... they onboard every 2 weeks, so it just depends on when your paperwork clears...

Also if anyone has completed Equip, how long did the process take until you were cleared? I'm currently waiting to begin the Equip process and am concerned it may take months. Thank you!

Haven't received an official offer yet, but have been in contact with the HR Specialist assigned to me and they say I should be finalized early next week and start on Sept. 4th. But who knows, they may end up pushing my date back 2 weeks again. Their process is, obviously, very inefficient, so it requires you to keep following up with HR, and even reaching out to those who interviewed you for the TTP program to advocate for yourself. It can be a disheartening hiring process but the best thing you can do is be a bug in their ear. As for EQIP, I think mine took about a month. Here's hoping we all start soon.
