Has anyone sent scores from ATI? LAHC doesn't come up in my list of schools.

Did you have your scores previously sent to LAHC? If you did, ATI will only send them once so you just need to let LAHC know that your scores were sent previously.

I have a question regarding the lottery selection. Do they choose the 50% the applicant randomly (obvi if they qualify and there application is eligible) or 50% of the applicant with the most point for the lottery

50% goes to the applicants with the highest points. The remaining applicants gets tossed into the lottery.

Does anyone know what's usually the cutoff for the top 20 acceptees?

Also, if veterans get accepted into the ADN program, do they affect the number of spots? For example, if 1 veteran applicant got accepted, does that mean there are 39 spots left?

Being a veteran just gives you more points. They pick the first 20 on the total highest points regardless if you are a veteran or not.
