Hi Julia don't think that because I got accepted to LACC BUT I am an alternative at Cypress College. Cypress College let me know at the orientation that if a spot open up they will pull me in they will let me know by mid July after mid July most likely if I don't get the call I'm not in but if I do I'll will be leaving LACC just because cypress is closer ..... every student has different situation .... Keep thinking positive good luck !

Realistically soeaking though, they said they are only accepting 20? 30? students. So unless ALL of the accepted students decline their admission, someone who is #20 or more on the alternate list don't really have a chance of getting the spot, right?:(
