Looking for summer job (IL)

Hi all,

I am looking for a position as a care tech for the summer and would like some advice on how to market myself and make my resume look presentable. I am finishing up my first year of nursing school. I have had two med/surg rotations and a mental health rotation. I do not have my CNA, but a lot of the hospitals in my area will hire nursing students as PCT's. I have no experience working in hospitals outside of my clinicals and furthermore no recent job experience at all since I started school 3 yrs ago. So far I have not had any responses to the resumes I have sent out. I have listed my clinical experiences on my resume. How can I make myself look better? Help!
