On the eastern shore there is a Level II Trauma in Salisbury, close to the beach. There is also a Level III Trauma in Dover, DE. Most of our trauma cases go to Baltimore, though. There is a magnet hospital in Easton, MD which is a pretty cool place to live. It's on the shore but not terribly far from Annapolis. I live on the shore and work "over the bridge", the commute is a pain but there is a big difference in pay and not too many eastern shore options for new comers. If you want to message me privately I can tell you more.

Hi all,
I am a new grad RN looking to relocate to Maryland. Any tips on the best areas to look or even to live? I'm just looking for any information possible! Is the market doing okay there? I'm currently in New Hampshire.
