I'm moving to the Bay Area and want to go into hospice care. What hospice providers are there in SF and how much do they pay RN's? Are there special bonuses or incentives for nurses? What are caseloads like? I've heard of Pathways and Kaiser...Where should i go if I want to look for hospice jobs (e.g., recruiters, job boards, etc)?
