Looking for job in Northern VA while in monitoring program

Does anybody know of any hospitals, clinics, etc in northern Virginia area that will hire nurses in the healthcare providers monitoring program?  I'm trying to be proactive and compile a list of places to apply. Also, if I'm in the monitoring program, am I able to apply for a nurse license in DC or MD in case I don't find a job in northern Virginia or is that not allowed?  I appreciate any information! Thank you!
