Perhaps you qualify to work in a hospital cafeteria as a dietary aide.

I think you can do a lot more than that. Most area hospitals are focusing on the "satisfaction" level now. You should be looking into perhaps administrative assistant to a CEO of a large hospital - Baylor, Presby, Methodist or even some of the specialty day surgery centers. If you have experience in keeping resort visitors happy, there's a nitch for you.

Thank you for your advices. I live close by Baylor so I will make an appointment to talk with a HR representative and discuss my chances to get in.

Does anybody know if some hospital in DFW pay for the nursing school tuition??

any other advice??

Texas Health Resources will pay for nursing school... in fact, they offer their own program. PM me for details.

Don't forget some of the specialty eye centers, either!

Cityview Care Center in Fort Worth offers tuition reimbursement, probably because they're partly owned by Baylor.

How about Unit secretary?? I have been told that this will help me a lot in the future and I will get a lot of experience in nursing. Do I need some certificate to apply for this position?? Which hospital is good to apply for this position in DFW?? THanks for your advices
