looking for help

Hi i am looking for help for my daughter. She is 17 years old and lives in the philippines. She is in 2nd year in college and studing to become a nurse. She will be here in the united states in 2008. I am looking to help her continue her education, and try to find some help in fiancial help from student loans and grants.

Suggest that she complete her schooling there and then come to the US. You are going to find it extremely difficult for a school to accept her as a transfer student, just is not going to happen. She would be starting her training all over again if she wishes to attend in the US.

If she is already second year, then she will have the BSN in two years more, for the US, she will be starting all over again from the beginning for most programs.

There is more on this in a thread on the Philippine Forum. It is not even easy to go over to the Philippines from the US as a transfer student.
