Looking for a good steth for the hard of hearing.

I am a current nursing student that has had some hearing loss over the years (I don't wear hearing aids). I cannot use a regular stethoscope because I can't hear ANYTHING with them. I currently have an ADC Adscope that works ok. However I know I am missing out sometimes. I have looked into electronic stethoscopes which work really good if all your doing is heart and lungs (and they are expensive). Does anyone know of a good stethoscope that might work for me? Any suggestions will help.

well I havent started my nursing career butI can recommend the cardIII, it wont break your wallet like the electronic scopes(its 146.99 on medisave.net) they also offer free ingraving most reason why i am prob going to buy my scope from there. I am prob going to get myself a Card III only because i dont want to buy another scope till i get about a year in my RN And i want something with good sound.
