Looking to get away from hospital/bedside nursing? Read this :)

I work for a hospice company that really is a good company.

They are currently looking to hire an RN for an on call position. It would be 7 days on, 7 days off - meaning FT salary, FT benefits, mileage, cellphone reimbursement working only 14 days a month.

There is a  triage nurse and a second on call person always. The leadership from the top down really is a good group of people. You are treated as a professional and  there is zero micromanaging.

I am happy to provide the recruiters contact information for anyone that may be interested. You would need to live north of ATL though they do have other offices in that are but the office I work at is the north ATL one. The other offices may be hiring as well but I don't know - that would be a question for the recruiter. They do hire LPN's and CNA's. I think there may be a Case Manager position open too but am not 100% on that.

I do NOT get ANY compensation for posting this. I just know a lot of nurses, like myself, want out of the hospital environment for something that is great pay but a great life balance as well. I am thrilled to have found something and just wanted to share the info.
