At this moment, it looks like I'll be moving up to Eureka and attending College of the Redwoods for nursing school! I can't wait to start.

Of course, I'm leaving my family and friends and all that's familiar to me.

I was hoping to start this thread to meet up with other students. Maybe some of you already live there and know the best places to live near campus. Maybe I should try live in a single on campus? What are the great (and cheap) places to eat in town? I hope to get up there for a visit some time in January or February.
