Hi guys! I've been out of school for 7yrs now but I would still like to take my nclex. I was wondering which state would let me take the exam without the BON's telling me to go back to school and take RN course again. I am an international graduate from the Philippines, seeking advises from everybody out here.

I would look into virtually any state (with the exception of California).
The California BRN has been rejecting most IEN applicants for the past five or six years due to educational deficiencies and/or missing coursework.
