Looking for the best Lpn jobs in Jacksonville, Fl area or Daytona area????

I just recently moved to the area and im trying to find something in private duty/home health care that pays decent. I worked in Memphis Tn doing pediatric private duty contract work and the pay was great. Anyone know of any contract agencies around this area??? I have vent and trach experience also.

Hello toot616, I have family in Jacksonville, Im really considering relocating there also, Im in Memphis,Tn..was it difficult to get endorsed in Florida?

No, not at all. All the info you need is on the Florida Board of Nursing website. I completed my app for endorsement online and it was $175. Nursing license verification was done online and it was around $30. I had to have fingerprints/background check done and I went to the UPS Store to do that and it cost around $80/$90. You are required to have one continuing education class on prevention of medical errors and I did mine online for $12. Thats it and its better to have everything completed before you apply for the endorsement. Takes about 2 weeks and you can follow your application status online.
