Hi There!
I think just getting BLS, PALS, and ACLS is just fine for a new grad. You won't need the other certifications until you actually get experience or even need it. No need to spend money on a certification that isn't even necessary in your future area of practice!
The only exception I've come across was a new grad RN program that required BLS along with NRP for their NICU unit which is understandable. Other than that, RN positions usually just require BLS and maybe ACLS if you want to get fancy!
Good luck in your certification-palooza!

I won't graduate for a year, but I was wondering what certifications I could look in to as a new graduate registered nurse with no experience? I was at the AACN website and their certifications all require about a year of experience.
I know I can pursue ACLS and PALS, but what else is available?
I did a quick google on IV certification and just came up with a lot of junk websites.
Any help would be appreciated.
