Hello! alittle late, but I wanted to make this for those applying to the January 2022 cohort for LBMC New Grad RN Residency Program. Any updates?

Hi applied to the ED last week. It was about 45 mins long…I was told they will be conducting interviews for the next few weeks and we should be hearing back before thanks giving.

Yes I did. I applied to float, I had my interview last week on Thursday and got an offer yesterday.

what unit did you apply to?

I haven’t yet. They said they would be interviewing for 2-3 weeks and I should anticipate hearing back sometime before Thanksgiving. seems like a long time to interview but I also haven’t heard of anyone applying to the ED hearing back yet. Still patiently waiting:) fingers crossed ?
