Long term care staff retention

I am conducting a research study for my Master's Degree on long term staff retention. I would appreciate any nurses that work in long term care to complete this survey. I took the survey but I'm a little confused as to what questions are particular to staff retention. Only one question directly asked about it but I think it would be beneficial to the study to ask nurses what they think the problem is with staff retention. Other causes of poor retention can include lack of orientation, high resident load and acuity or interpersonal issues. Just my $0.02!
