Hello,

I have a 2nd interview coming up with a Nurse Manager for the Critical care nurse fellowship on SICU/CTICU unit @ LIJ. I have read posts on this site about LIJ and their units but that was 2ys ago! So, I'm reaching out to anyone who currently works at this hospital and anyone who went through the fellowship program and is currently on this unit. I would really appreciate your opinions. Thank you :)

hi pjwp2020 did you went on interview can you tell me about it. I also had interview with hr 3 mants ago, no calls back. Nobady is writing about this hospital. cao

bebarn, I did have the 2nd interview with the Nurse Manager. It went very well asked general behavioral questions "tell me about yourself, difficult patient etc. She also asked why Critical Care and experience related qtns from my resume. Then I was called back for a 3rd interview. This was with the Fellowship Director. She explained what it entails the good and bad!. She told me that the nurse recruiter (1st interview) will contact me if i get selected and the decision will be made by the Nurse manager and the recruiter. Its day #3 and counting.....:crying2:
