Hi everyone! I was curious if anyone else applied to the pediatric program and how their interview process is going. Best of luck to everyone!

I haven’t heard back either. The director I talked to said they won’t get back to us till early next week

I was told this evening, so I have been refreshing my inbox way too much.

Did they tell you what the starting pay was?

Oh congratulations! I guess I know now I didn’t get it since I didn’t get an offer LOL. Best of luck to everyone who applied ❤️

I am sorry, but I am not sure! They haven't sent me the offer letter yet, just an email saying I got the job.

Don't lose hope!! They told me during the interview that they will be making decisions today and sending out offers after. I believe there still may be time to hear back! ❤️

No need to apologize at all. It’s good to know to stop looking. A written offer is legally binding, so you got it!

Thank you! Do you know what level NICU Miller's Children is? When I was researching the hospital, I noticed on the website it would say Level III and IV.

I talked to them about that in the interview because the hospital I was trained in is a level 4, and they said they are looking to train new grads for a level 4 now. I think they may have more recently increased acuity levels they treat.

Thanks for letting me know!! I am rooting for you!! ❤️

I’ve been told that they’re considered a level 3 because they don’t offer ECMO in the NICU. Not too sure but I’ve seen their critical patients that required ecmo get sent off to level 4 hospitals
