SPEP interviews

I passed the NCLEX exam. I am an international educated RN .I am looking for a place for SPEP. I started interviews for SPEP. But I am very scared. I still do not have a perfect English. I read the interview questions on the internet. But the problem is not answering the questions. It is not understanding the questions. When I understand them, I have no problem answering them. But I do not understand everything everyone says  % 100. I know this is bad for me. Do you have any advice for me?
