Thus why I put the name of the program in my question because, when I spoke with the four program heads at each branch, they all said pretty much the same thing, "Yes, the bridge is super competitive and you need great grades... but we've never actually had enough people apply to the bridge program to turn anyone down. We've actually had to close the program at one of the campuses so we could raise the enrollment rate at the other four."

I am having a small issue with my prerequisites and was curious as to what sort of grades I need to qualify for the bridge program. I was doing amazingly well until this last semester when my husband fell ill and I spent the last two months working extra shifts to cover hospital bills. My studies fell to the side.
How would a few Bs, maybe C's affect my entry? Of the three courses that are in jeopardy, retaking two of them in the Spring would successfully put me a year behind in applying for the program which I just find unacceptable. I don't want to walk into the counselor's office with a sob story but I also don't want to wait a year to apply!
I've literally missed a test in each course because of hospital or work requirements, with the rest of my test scores being high and the extra credit, I can probably swing a "B". I need to know if it's worth getting my hopes up or if I should seek out another bridge program that either starts later this year or is willing to accept my scores.
