Hello everyone,

I was hoping someone who was accepted at North Harris could chime in for me here. I am also applying to NH and Kingwood next year and was wondering what the Summer semester schedule was like at that particular campus. I have heard some people say it's 3-4 days a week, but I have also heard it's like Montgomery and is 5 full days a week. I cannot get a straight answer from the nursing department. They are very vague and try to leave it open ended.

I got accepted at Montgomery! (1st choice!) That was gruesome and now there are tons of requirements due before class starts. Goodluck to all!

Hello I was hoping to get into the Montgomery transition program this year. Could you tell me how the summer schedule is and how the two other semester schedules fall?

Go check out the other thread I started for 2019 Lone Star LVN to RN students. We just talked about this. Basically, Montgomery's Summer is condensed down to 6 weeks, but it's 5 days a week, 8a-4p. Then you get the rest of the Summer off before resuming in the fall. As far as I know, fall and spring are 2 days of class and 1 day of clinical per week like the rest. That may have changed, although I doubt it.

Their Summer session is no joke. It's fast and furious.
