Hi y'all ??

Are you interested in/planning on applying to Lone Star's RN/ADN 2024 Fall program? Then this thread is for you! ?

I've been to the LVN program at the Montgomery campus but failed out the program after a few semesters but I'm back and ready to try again! So yeah I'm somewhat familiar with the application process. However, I still have so many questions on the application process and what to expect from the RN program now that I'm starting nursing school again after a few years.

I know many of you are concerned about what scores you need to get in and whether you'll get into your campus of choice. My top pick is the Montgomery campus. What about you?

I'm not sure what my application score is yet since I have to retake my HESI (it's been 2 years) but I've got an A in both English and AP II.

Hello all I also applied with a 7.648 total score on the scoresheet. My top picks are 1- Montgomery, 2- NH, 3- tomball, 4- Cyfair. I'm curious to what the accepting scores are for the nursing program I feel like I have a strong acceptance score for at least one of the programs available.

Hello everyone! Just came back to say that I got accepted into the FALL ADN program :)) my first choice was CF. They did say some changes were going on and for us that start this FALL we will now be doing a full 2 year program with no classes taken in the Summer. Not sure how I feel about that. But I am very very happy that I got accepted!!

 

I hope you all were also able to get your acceptance letters into your first choices and if they haven't come in yet, I hope you get them soon!!

Hi all, 

Congratulations to all who were accepted into the Fall '24 LSC program. I was sadly placed as an alternate, and I was wondering if any of you could share the deadline to accept your offer. 

This would help me gauge when alternates can potentially hear back 😅

If you don't mind me asking what was your stats? And what campus are you waiting on? I had a background as a teenager and unfortunately it looks like it will take about 4 months from now for the Texas board of nursing to clear me. The date to have everything in is June 28th. So you'll know around then. Great luck and blessings!
