I have been checking LLUMC website every day and they have finally posted the application period dates for the residency in August. http://lomalindahealth.org/childrens-hospital/for-health-professionals/residency/nursing/about-us/news-and-events/index.page?
I am curious who is applying, what residency etc.
Did you interview in the NICU? I did 3 weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything? I called today and she said that they have already let some people know but they are making calls this week too.
I did not. I know NICU interviewed a big group this cohort, they have until the end of June to finalize their choices so it should be any day now. I believe they let you know either way (call if yes or email for no) so no news is good news at this point! Good luck!!

CONGRATS!!!! I figured you would get it :) I got offered a job yesterday for CTICU! Wooohooo. Was it --------- that called you? I was so excited that I made her repeat herself because I was so shocked I didn't hear anything she said after, "they chose you." I live nearby like 15 minutes away..It's kind of expensive to live in Loma Linda as its a tiny town so I would look into places in either Loma or Redlands. Colton and San Bernardino aren't the nicest areas...but they are cheap. If I were you, I'd try Loma or Redlands. Look on here:LLU&MC Trading Post - classified ads
They have lots of listings usually for places to rent!
Note:
If you want roommates, you can get a place in Loma for ~$400-$600 or if you want your own place probably more like ~$800-$900. If you go to other cities, it's cheaper but like I said..might not be the safest. Yay! See you August 6 :)
