Loma Linda Oct. 2020 New Grad

Hey Guys,

I have not seen one placed for Loma Linda October cohort, so I thought I would make a place for those that have applied. Good Luck !!

Hey guys! I just got an email today to schedule an interview for the CTICU! I'm super excited!

Sure! The interview included 4 interviewers: the director of the nurse residency program, clinical educator, and 2 other staff on the unit. They asked mostly behavioral questions and questions really just to get to know you. From what I remember: Tell us about yourself, Name 3 words to describe yourself, Most challenging moment of nursing thus far and why, Tell us about a moment you were proud of, and Why Loma Linda. CONGRATS! I have an interview this week. When it says group interview, does that mean with other staff members or other applicants? I remember it saying group interview when I scheduled mine and wondering if that was the same for you. Thanks for your help!
