Nursing Students School Programs
Published Sep 11, 2020
Anyone else accepted into this program? I'm looking to connect with other students. Hoping there is a FB group. With COVID still around, my classes are all remote making it difficult to connect and meet my classmates.

There's very little information on this program because its so new. I just don't feel comfortable with their administration. Brooklyn is a 2 year program with more experience, they always responds to my emails and schedules zoom advisement meetings when I've needed it.

How did you switch from post to bk? Also, I saw that bk wants pre reqs - did you have those done already?

I got accepted to both so I just reached out to my advisor in brooklyn and they made it happen. Yes I have all the nursing prereqs so it also just didn't make sense to go through a 4 year program at post

OK that makes sense. I didn’t apply to both. I wasn’t aware post was a 4 year program - what if you already have most of the classes?

its such a small program they only offer certain classes certain semesters so it will be 4 years for everyone regardless of any pre reqs you may have already taken
