Is anyone else attending LIU this fall? If so has anyone created a group and has anyone started their castle branch information?

Same here, I have been trying to find out if there is any group created so I can join and yes I will be attending LIU this fall 2021. I have started working on my castle branch.

Hi! I've been searching but I can't seem to find any group. Maybe we should go ahead and start one ourselves? Unrelated but did you get an email to opt-out of the health insurance? its an added 4K to the tuition bill! ?

Yeah I did through my LIU Email. We have an option to waive it. I guess we have to start our own group then. How many classes are you taking if you mind me asking.

There are two ways to create a special area for your cohort, that are Terms-of-Service approved.

One is to create a facebook page.  This link is allowed to be posted.

The other is to create a "Club" within the site, by clicking on the Breakroom link (upper left-hand corner, in the yellow bar) and in the green area, click Start a Breakroom Club.

Any other references or links posted are not TOS-approved, and will be removed.

I didn't receive the email at all. I've been emailing non stop trying to get someone to help me and nothing. I don't need insurance. ? 

And I'm taking 5 classes currently. Would you like me to start a group for us? I'm sure we'll eventually find some other classmates to join us as well. I'll try to ask who wants to join in the LIU fall 2021 thread. I don't use facebook but it seems ill be forced to open my page up again for this.

That’s will be great, you can start the group. I don’t use facebook either but guess we have to at the point. ?. Same here 5 classes with 2 labs making it 7 total. For the insurance, try calling the financial aid office.

I created the group. I haven't been on facebook much these days but I tried LOL! I'll try to share the link to others as well.

I wasn't able to register for informatics so I picked up another 300 level course. I am afraid of falling behind ? however, we have the group now hopefully others can share their experiences as well.

That’s great for creating the group. We can share around and hopefully others will join. Hopefully we see each other when the semester begins. Did you talk to you advisor about getting you into the informatics class maybe
