Lit review on migraines

Hello all. I have to write a Lit review for my LifeSpan class and I decided to do it on Mirgraines and whether or not they are considered a disability in some sort or if they are really a medical emergency. I know my opinoin on it because I suffer from migraines. They are dibilitating to me and I feel like I am about to die when I have one so in my eyes it is a medical emergency.

How do some of you feel about this? (are they considered a medical emergency in your facility and do you see them as a disability?)

Also, do you have any suggestions on websites that I can use as references for this paper. I think I have used every search engine and cannot come up with the answers I need for this. Your help and opinoins are appreciated. Sheri
