Hello all-I just started with Excelsior, spoke with an advisor have all my pre-req. done. Now I am not sure where to start... please help!!! I am thinking of buying all the recommended books? Also not sure if I should get Lisa's notes or the StudyGroup101 notes...

Any advice? please share your experience...

Instead of SG 101, I would get a good NCLEX RN book with cd (Saunders, yellow cover is good). SG 101 is cheap and that is the only good thing I have to say about it. Get the books, do the reading if you really want to have a firm background on the subjects. And the EC content guides are your main study guide. Once you get to LS tests, get Med Surg Success workbook, very good. Good luck.
