Liquid Soap V.S. Germ Control

My family and I argues about whether or not germs got into a refilled liquid soap bottle after reusing a refillable bottle several times. I say yes, it does, and they do not concur with me.When I worked as a CNA at a assistant living, a Practitioner came to our place of employment to talk about germ control. She said when they put liquid soap from a refilled bottle under a microscope, they saw many nasty germs in the soap. I wanted an opinion from professional people who worked in health field and came here for opinions on this matter. My family said I worry about germs too much;however, They did not see the stuff I did at work as a CNA. My concern is mostly having clean hands before I touch food, other than that, I really don't worry about germs. I am excited to hear your opinion on this matter. Thanks in advance.
