Lincoln Tech Students: Scholarship

Published

Hello everyone, I start Lincoln Tech on August 8th at the Center City campus I am so excited. We all know that Lincoln Tech is high BUT, some of us have to do what we gotta do, so while I was at the campus, I asked if any scholarships were available for Lincoln Tech and here is a website if any Lincoln Tech students or future students are interested: imagine-america.org. Not all Lincoln Tech campuses accept it but majority do mines did and I got a $1000 scholarship now that is less money out of my parents pockets hehe

Don't worry I got to a school called MedVance Institution & it is just as high but so are many of the other schools.

A lot of these private schools and institutes are high as hell for no apparent reason I was never worried about the price girl I gotta do what I gotta do because getting into these RN programs are so competitive and hard so that is why I am going this route although I have prereqs to go into a BSN program

YES!!!! No Reason at all lol! But not even just RN programs but some LPN programs have wait list too..

I knowwww Ive heard of people saying that there was a wait list in other states I live in PA and none of the LPN programs up here have waiting lists but some of the RN programs do West Chester University closed there list and weren't accepting anymore applicants for their RN program and at Temple University, you can no longer transfer into their program you have to start as a freshman at their college, those universities can kiss my behind Ima do my LPN and do Excelsior online lol

Idk where your located but dade medical actually has a lpn-bsn program

I know this thread is probably too old for this to help you out, but in case it could be helpful for anyone else in the Philly area, I'll post it anyway. The Lincoln University has a brand new nursing program. Similar price point to West Chester Univ, which is fantastic. You're better off emailing someone in the department, though, because the website has terribly outdated information.
