Lincoln Memorial University ASN

I'm wondering if anyone knows how long till I hear that I will be accepted into LMU nursing program (ASN PROGRAM). I have applied and got everything sent in they need. I also was wondering who else may have applied and is hoping attend August of 2016.

I applied for the August 2016 LPN-RN ASN program. Which site did you apply for? I applied for Physicians Regional. I haven't heard anything yet.

I applied for the Knoxville site but I'm willing to travel. I just hope I get accepted. But they won't be sending letters out for a few months. Have you heard anything good about this school?its my top choice so far.

What I've heard isn't really good. I've heard the program is unorganized. I have a friend currently attending (she will graduate in May) who says it's a fair program. I spoke with someone (2 weeks ago) in the nursing department who said they hope to start mailing acceptance letters this week. Keep me updated if you hear anything!

Is the tuition as high for ASN degree as it is for BSN degree? Just curious.

It's the same cost per credit hour. The BSN program is longer so would cost more totally. They have tons of scholarships and aid available though.

There already going to mail acceptance letters out this week??? Really

That's what she told me when I called. I was shocked too. They have a rolling admission deadline. So they admit until they're full. That's how the woman I spoke to explained it.

If someone gets accepted let me and others know!!!

I received my acceptance letter for the BSN-Cedar Bluff program this afternoon. I live in Arkansas so the rest of you should be hearing something soon - unless they process the ASN at a different time.

Congratulations! Does that program have a summer start? Or fall?

It's a 17-month program and will start in August. So, Fall, Spring, Summer, Fall - Finishing in December.
