Many issues you need to be aware of. Retrogression and current processing time is 5 years. You need to decide where you want to live. We do not recommend California for initial process and much has been written on to the reasons.

Start with the sticky Primer to working in the US all information is there on the process to working as a RN in the US. Would also suggest a really good read on this forum and also try the search facility with key words.
