Licensees disciplined by Ohio Board of Nursing

I would like to communicate with nurses who have had their licenses subjected to discipline by the Ohio Board of Nursing. ie: probation, suspension, revocation, reprimand. I would like to know if the nurses believe they have been given sanctions that are unfair or too harsh.

For my masters thesis I did a study about nurses who had been disciplined by the board and I would like to do a similar study. I also want to find out if the nurses believe the "discipline fits the crime".

My goal was to stimulate discussion about discipline. Does it fit the crime?
