2 weeks ago I passed my Nclex RN for New York and still hasn't received my certificate of passing. How long does it take before I receive it? And Can I already start applying even without a certificate/license and with just the license number?

    Yes, you can apply. Do you even get a paper license? In my state, it hasn't been for years. Call thr board or check the web site.
