license by endorsement

Maybe I am just tired or something but I cannot figure out how to get my nursing license in Michigan. I am a current RN in Arizona but Michigan is not a compact state. I believe I need to complete the online application by endorsement but it is also asking for school records. I have been licensed for 25 years. It seems as if it is an online application for a new (grad) license or something. Anyone have any pointers? Thanks

To piggy back this...is it possible to move out of state and get a new license by endorsement if my school was not ACEN accredited? The BSN school was, but the RN school was only regionally accredited and approved by the board of nursing.
