I am posting this in behalf of my friend who recently passed her NCLEX exam (California licensure) but she is already in Illinois. Her problem now is how to endorse her California license to Illinois? By the way, she is a foreign graduate with SSN. She is done with her CGFNS-CES already. Does she need to send one validation of license to California and one to the Philippines? Is there a fee for the validation of license in California? Does she need to wait for the actual California license before passing the validation of license to California? She just learned the she passed thru California website.

Tell her to surf the Illinois BRN website as all of her answers should be there. If she still has questions tell her to contact the BRN directly.
Thanks a lot for your quick response. We have done our reading already and we feel that we still need clarification on the verification of license. The IDFPR phones are too busy. We just want to ask those who have done the same process that my friend is about to do. Thanks again and we appreciate your great help by sharing your experience in endorsement process.
You can also try to email them. The phones are almost always busy. They are sometimes rude over the phone. At least that's on CA side. Things are constantly changing from the BRN websites, try emailing them so you can @least have hard copy as proof. Good Luck
