Liability Insurance for Nurses with Disciplines

Does anyone know of any companies that will provide professional Liability Insurance to nurses with Board disciplines (I.e. Warning with Stipulations). This is a requirement for a course that I am taking (this course has a clinical component). However, I am really struggling to find a company that will provide this. I've been denied by multiple companies so far and am feeling very discouraged.
