The company was ANIC. I had originally applied to Proliability/AMBA and was denied. But someone contacted me from that company and recommended me to their sister company - ANIC. They were willing to insure me for about $2500. I declined. I ended up explaining my situation to NSO and was approved for about $200/year - so much better! I know it can feel a little icky, but you have to explain your situation to these companies in order to get coverage. Good luck on your journey! Insurance is definitely worth it!

Thank you for replying! I have applied with NSO - they requested more info - I emailed all of that to them. It's been almost two weeks, and I haven't heard anything back yet. So I was getting a little nervous. I applied for insurance with another company and was told it would be about $2,500-$5,000 per year. I was shocked! Let's hope I hear back from NSO with a better option soon.

This is an old post. But I was wondering if anyone had any updates on places in the DFW that are stipulation (indirect supervision and quarterly evaluation) friendly. Any information would be helpful!

Does anyone know of any companies that will provide professional liability insurance to nurses with Board disciplines (I.e. Warning with Stipulations). This is a requirement for a course that I am taking (this course has a clinical component). However, I am really struggling to find a company that will provide this. I've been denied by multiple companies so far and am feeling very discouraged.
