I am currently a pre nursing student at Lehman college and i'm pretty nervous about taking the pre entrance exam. I'm in my junior year and am almost done with all of my pre-reqs. I got A's in both of the A&P classes, and I'm currently taking one of the chem classes. I still need organic, which I plan on taking next semester and microbiology. For the people who have attended Lehman, how tough is admission into the program? Do I have a good change if I keep my grades up? and what books did you use to study for the pre entrance exam?
Any advice and suggestions are great. Thanks in advance!
It is sort of the same. Very competive. Unfortunately I didnt pass the HESI test so I will not be admitted for Fall 2012. I am looking into a couple private schools instead.
Im not sure about hunter but lehman requires the HESI A2 for admission into the program. This year they tested only on A&P, Math and reading comp. I dont know if next year will be the same. You must score at least a 76 on each section.
