Leaving bedside to urgent care?

Hi,

my background is in critical care for close to 2 years now. Anyone leave the hospital setting as a bedside RN to urgent care setting? 
I have been offered a clinical manager position at the urgent care and wondering if there are any other nurses who left the bedside to start a new role such a the one listed above? Thanks

I think that a manager UC position would be very different than working bedside or even working in the urgent care unit. Our urgent care manager was never face to face with patients. In fact, we seldom saw her!
