Leaving Bedside

Published

Specializes in Pediatric.

Hi everyone, I am extremely burnt out from the bedside that I am literally dying. I am so lost and destroyed emotionally and mentally. I desperately need to leave the bedside. I don't want to die but I feel that's the only way out. I just don't want to do bedside anymore. I can't do it anymore. My mental health is literally down the drain. I've been applying non stop but nothing. If anyone knows a place that is hiring remote positions, please please please help me. The only thing that can help me is to leave bedside. I have 4 years of pediatric experience.
