Every workplace has a coworker who exhibits all of the symptoms of a coworker from hell. They mistreat and abuse their coworkers, take credit for work they didn't do, and treat their coworkers with disdain, disrespect, and downright nastiness. Coworkers from hell have been known to lie, cheat, and steal information. Your work will never be safe nor your contributions clear to your boss; coworkers from hell ingratiate themselves with the boss to make themselves look good - usually at your expense.

Sometimes I can not bear anger person all time I am a student in the hospital nursing leadership and management she very severe anger in me every day of a stress and anxiety often do my work with fear and avoid any conflict with her

how can deal with her or with other may be more than difficult ?

& what are go idea to deal with any problem facing in future especially in the field of nursing?

the assignment its subscribe in website nursing group then ask and share to discuses the answers I know & have answer already I found in Google & I take it in lecture in college . I will show you the assignment:

This exercise must be presented in a typed booklet form, showing all the below-mentioned consequential steps

Go to Google and search for “nursing support groups” and related phrases.

a. Visit at least two groups and participate.

b. Pose a leadership/management question that you’re burning to ask.

c. Read what others write or say.

d. Come up with at least one concrete management tip to share with the class

your posts have been a puzzle....we have had a difficult time helping you ad understanding you.... because in the US internet work is not acceptable for school....schools here would not have this as an assignment.

Asking for questions to be answered is considered cheating and students here in the US could be thrown out of school for this.....now we can try to help now that we know that this is your schools expectation.

On another the post this OP said I was being hateful because I asked if the question was part of their homework.
