Hi I made this chat so that those who applied to LA trade tech and are on the waiting list can keep current for fall next year.

Yeah I applied April 10th 2019, that's like the second week. They are going fast this year, I'm guessing it's not as packed as 2018. So if you apply May/June/July their is a chance you'll start Fall 2022

I applied early October 2019. I spoke to A last year and she told me that because of Covid my most likely start date was going to be Fall 2022. Now I am thinking maybe even Spring 2023. About how many months do they accept for each semester? For Spring 2022 it seems like they've been accepting people that applied November 2018-April 2019...that's about 6 months worth of applicants. IDK I just hope I start Fall 2022

I applied in august 2019 and really hoping to start Fall2022 ?. They now have a link on the LATTC website where you can submit an inquiry about where you are in the waitlist. They haven’t responded to me so hopefully they reach out soon.

I also applied Aug 2019. Haven’t received a response about where I’m at in the list either.

I think you'll most likely start Spring 2023. It is usually 3 months per semester but honestly it depends to the number of people that applied that semester or those that reject their spot. if a lot of students reject then they'll move down the list faster. Just pray and be patient, you'll get there. 

Also they probably had few names left for November 2018 cos they accepted all the ones we knew that were here. I am guessing they stopped 1st/2nd week April cos people reject their spot, I mean it's been a long wait. I almost gave up.

It takes forever for them to respond through that link, I submit more than 5 times without no reply. LOL... schedule an appointment after this cohort, they'll probably have updated the list by then.
