Last Semester Research Paper

I need help. I have NO lcue what to do it on. The outline is due Monday. Here is what I have wound it down to: Nursing Shortage, Burnout, Mandatory Overtime. I have to write a 5-7 page research paper discussing one of these issues.

I don't know which one to do. Any ideas?

I have decided to do it on Burnout. There are tons of stuff out there on burnout.

I think burnout is a good choice. Educating yourself on this issue might help you in the future to either avoid it all together or recognize it and address it before it becomes and even larger issue for you personally.
