Last Question--Is buying the Kaplan Q Bank worth the steep price of admission?

Published

300 bucks is a little pricey but I'd make the sacrifice is people seem to agree it's helpful. What I've gathered from my readings on the internet is that Kaplan offers the hardest or "most NCLEX-like" questions. I already have their book along with LaCharity, Saunders 4th Edition, NCLEX 4000 and the allnurses studyguide. I'd rather spend time doing the hardest questions I could, I heard the 4000 questions were too easy compared to the actual exam.

kaplan is well worth the money...its great.. they give us so much information: content-wise and also most importantly how to answer nclex questions. they tell you which qs are at passing level and which are at a failing level. they provide you with videos that show you step by step how to answer the questions. they tell on the decison tree which is what kaplan is all about.... they give u exams and the aim to score 65% or higher which is equivalent to a 95% passing rate on nclex. the exams show the students weak adn strong points. i think kaplan is a good study tool.. good luck

they do have a money back guarantee, if you dont pass and a free repeat policy. check them out on facebook: [h=1][color=#1c2a47]kaplan nclex-rn® prep[/h]

I say do whatever it takes to passed the nclex. Is worthied as it is looking after sick people. $300 is nothing from the right to care sick people

I don't think prep classes are necessary, but the Kaplan Q-bank was DEFINITELY helpful for me! Yes it's expensive, but so is having to take the NCLEX again, if you fail the first time! What I liked the most was how Kaplan's format and the way you answer questions and the different types of questions they offer were just like how the NCLEX was, so I felt well prepared. :twocents:
