LaSalle's Achieve prereq question

I'm looking into LaSalle's Achieve transfer program and I'm a little confused on the prerequisites. It says applicants can finish prereqs at LaSalle but need to finish prereqs before starting nursing classes. I understand that, but it also says the app deadline is May 7 for fall and all prereqs need to be completed before applying. If applying to the program while completing prereqs at another school then an updated transcript needs to be submitted at the end of each semester.

I'm taking this to mean that I just need to finish my science prereqs before applying. Other general prereqs can be completed after applying or at LaSalle. Is this correct?

Also, does anyone here have experience with this program? Is there a wait list? Difficult to get into? A good program? I'm seriously considering it because it's pretty local and I can attend classes in the evening.
