In the email it says once we start we can't pause or stop and there's no retakes. 😅

I've never heard of this type of interview and not sure what to expect really, is this just a little preliminary step to "get to know us" as they said or is this the real deal interview?

This is preliminary step, you'll get offered an in person interview based on if they like your recording.

No, last year this wasn't done, I'm sure they are just trying to weed out people. Also, the email said you've made it to the next stage of CRNA interviews. Very personality based questions but, you don't get to retake or pause it so keep that in mind.
